I only accept work that I am confident I can complete safely and to a high standard. If a job falls outside my experience or requires a specialist, I will tell you honestly rather than risk an unsuitable result.

I offer daytime, evening and weekend appointments to make booking easier around work, family and other commitments. We will agree a suitable time or arrival window, and if an unexpected delay occurs, I will keep you updated directly through WhatsApp.

Where the work can be properly assessed from your description, photos or video, I provide a clear fixed quote before the visit. The agreed price includes the work and standard fixings discussed, with no hidden costs or hourly charges increasing while I work. Careful assessment beforehand helps ensure the quote is accurate and protects both you and me.

I work carefully around your furniture, flooring and belongings, wear clean overshoes where appropriate, and use dust-catching accessories when drilling. Once the work is complete, I tidy the immediate work area and leave your home as I found it.
