Do you charge by the hour or a flat rate?

Which areas of London do you cover?

I usually provide a clear fixed quote based on the photos, video and information you send. Where the scope can be fully assessed in advance, you will know the agreed price before I arrive. If anything unforeseen is discovered, I will explain it and agree any additional cost before carrying out extra work.

Alongside covering many E and SE postcodes, I regularly work in a number of residential developments across East and South East London. Previous experience within these developments can sometimes help me identify common wall types, installation challenges and recurring issues more quickly, allowing me to recommend the most suitable approach from the outset.

Do you bring your own tools and materials?

How quickly can you respond to my message?

Yes. I arrive with professional tools, suitable dust-catching accessories for drilling, and a range of standard fixings. You can supply job-specific items, or I can help source suitable products and include the agreed cost in your quote where possible.

I aim to respond to WhatsApp enquiries promptly during business hours, often within an hour. In many cases, I can provide a quote and offer an appointment within the same week.

Who will carry out the work?

You will deal directly with me from your first message through to completion. I do not pass jobs to agencies or unknown contractors.

You can supply any fittings or materials you have already chosen, or I can help source suitable items for the job. Where possible, any materials I supply will be discussed and included in the agreed quote beforehand.

Do I need to buy the materials before your visit?

Yes. I recommend sending me a full list of the jobs, together with clear photos or a short video of each one. Combining several jobs into one visit can save time and travel costs, and I may be able to offer a better overall price depending on the amount and type of work involved.

Can you help with several small jobs during one visit?

If I find anything unexpected that changes the scope of the work, I will explain it clearly and agree any additional cost with you before proceeding. No extra work will be added without your approval.
